Gruno’s began with Lester G. Gruno, whose dedication to excellence laid the foundation for the business. In 1982, jewelry designer Brent Meade continued that legacy, bringing a passion for artistry and innovation. Today, Gruno’s Diamonds operates two showroom locations—Rockford, Illinois and Madison, Wisconsin, continuing to provide exceptional jewelry and service while staying true to the values we were built on.
